What can be the use of cardboard gates?
A cardboard gate is an ecological advertising medium and a unique way to distinguish a stand during exhibition fairs, market tastings of your product or as a free-standing element, e.g. during indoor sports competitions.
Our cardboard gates are made of light but very durable EB corrugated cardboard with a wave height of approx. 5 mm, which ensures their durability and stability of their construction.

We work on the most modern Kongsberg plotter on the market, which, among many available functions, provides e.g. milling, creasing and cutting from many different materials – from plastic, through wood, to cardboard. Thanks to the large working area of the table, i.e. 3250 x 2250 mm, we are able to carry out large-size orders.

What is the ordering process like?
KNOWING THE NEEDS
We always start the product preparation process by getting to know the needs and setting guidelines for the project, i.e. color, shape, material, size, volume or planned quantity.
DESIGN
Basic information is sent to the designer who prepares the initial concept and presents it to the client. Based on the approved project, a demo version is made.
CONSTRUCTOR
The computer design goes through the release and calculation process. The constructor checks the planned connections, loads and durability of the entire structure.
UV PRINTING
We always start the product preparation process by getting to know the needs and setting guidelines for the project, i.e. color, shape, material, size, volume or planned quantity.
LAMINATION
To give the final appearance and to protect all surfaces against weather conditions, lamination is performed. This process also allows for protection against mechanical damage.

Then we crease and bend the cut elements. All components of the structure must fit together perfectly so that they do not cause any trouble during use.
CUTTING
Thanks to the use of the most modern machines, we are able to ensure high quality finishes. The precision of individual elements affects the ease of assembly and durability of the entire structure.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Ready construction elements are secured, packed and sent to the indicated address. It is also important that the design of the entire structure assumes that the individual elements will be transported cyclically and in different ways.
